Welcome to Art Therapy with Noha Aly
I offer a safe, creative, and inclusive space, ONLINE or IN PERSON, for adults to explore their emotions, relationships, and personal stories.

The Art Therapy

Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating grief, managing anxiety, or wanting to deepen your communication and intimacy, art therapy offers a gentle and powerful path to connection and wellbeing.
Sessions are available in English and Arabic, online and in-person in Melbourne, Australia.
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression to explore feelings, increase self-awareness, and support emotional healing.
You do not need any artistic skills — the focus is on the process, not the final product.
✨ It can help you:
👥 Strengthen relationships and self-confidence
🎨 Express feelings that are hard to put into words
🌿 Reduce anxiety and stress
💔 Process grief and trauma
🌏 Explore identity, culture, and personal meaning

Who Can Benefit

Experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm

Wanting to improve intimacy, communication, and sexual well-being
My Approach
I provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment where art becomes a bridge between thoughts and emotions.
We work together with colours, shapes, and symbols to give form to experiences that may be hard to express in words.
You don’t need to be “good at art” — you only need curiosity and openness.

My Specialties
I integrate art therapy with specialised training in sexuality, intimacy, and communication.
This supports individuals and couples to safely explore sensitive topics, build emotional connection, and express what is often difficult to say in words.
In partner sessions, art becomes the “third element” in the room — a safe and neutral presence that holds challenging emotions such as blame, shame, or guilt. Instead of directing these feelings toward each other, partners project them into the creative process. This makes it easier to discuss difficult issues with curiosity, compassion, and understanding.
